Choose the material
Coroplast is the fluted plastic used for yard signs. Max Metal offers a rigid aluminum-composite panel; Foamboard is for indoor displays. The builder shows the sizes available for each.
Plan both sides and supports
Choose single- or double-sided printing, then your quantity. Wire H-stakes are optional add-ons for standard 4mm Coroplast and require vertical flutes. Check the finishing choices before adding your signs to the cart.
Get your artwork ready.
A final file makes it easier to match the print to the sign you selected.
- Match the file dimensions to your chosen sign size and orientation.
- Use a PDF, vector artwork, or a high-resolution image. Raster images should be 300 DPI at full size.
- Check names, phone numbers, spelling, and any different artwork for the reverse side.

What if my artwork is not ready?
You can prepare your sign choices first. Contact the shop about design help or artwork corrections; these carry an additional fee.
How do I send my artwork?
Preview your artwork in the builder, then call (956) 777-8300 to confirm how to send your final print file to the shop.
How do I arrange collection?
Use the pickup page for the McAllen location and factory contact. Confirm that your order is ready before setting out.
